“Equity for women is not just about closing gaps in salary, it’s about taking into account the varying and multi-faceted experiences of women.

Be that race, ability, AND gender.”

I've experienced firsthand

the challenges that come with navigating the corporate world while also balancing personal wellness and motherhood. In my keynotes, I offer a unique perspective on how companies can better support black women - and, in turn, all of their employees - by creating more equitable systems and structures. From addressing systemic biases to promoting a culture of inclusion and support, companies have the power to make real changes in the lives of their employees.

Drawing from my own experiences as a Black working mom, I offer practical advice and inspiration on how to find balance and mental health while navigating the corporate world and normative whiteness. By using my experiences as a lens, I engage audiences to better understand the challenges faced by black women in the workplace so that leaders can promote a more equitable and supportive corporate culture for everyone.
